AVANT-GARDE: THIS WAS FASHION SPACE AT INTERMODA
Get to know the only hybrid platform that presents designers and exclusive brands
The catwalk universe has coped with the pandemic in a variety of ways. For example, the figital trend (a combination of the physical and digital) has resulted in virtual parades around the world.
Mexico was not left behind: Intermoda innovated through Fashion Sace, a space characterized by the presence of mannequins in a practically museographic atmosphere. In addition, the presence of a huge screen and sound equipment, achieved a high fashion production that provided an enriching experience for visitors.
Precisely, the second edition of this format was held within the framework of intermodas 74, held from January 19 to 22 at Expo Guadalajara.
With an attractive program, Fashion Space allowed each participating designer and brand to exhibit their collections (some of them unpublished), as well as projecting their respective fashion film.
PARTICIPATING FIRMS
In this edition, Fashion Space included the participation of the following firms: Lozzano, Panama Fashion Week (Annie Chajin and Soussa Pitti), Anuar Layón, Jacobo Sin A, Alejandra Raw Project, Designer's Corner by IM and InnovaModa (Trece Room, Dear Maya , Disbau and Jesús Cuevas), Pêche, Pánuco Chou Room, Ragazza, Abel López and Ibraina.
SOME FASHION SPACE HIGHLIGHTS
- Edgar Lozzano was in charge of opening Fashion Space at Intermoda 74 with his Alter Ego collection.
- From Panama, the recent collections of the firms Annie Chajin and Sousa Pitti arrived.
- Abel López, one of the most recognized Mexican designers, provided total elegance with the original Botánica collection.
