Fashion, fame, and a path of one's own

Although they were born famous, these celebrities are now working for their place in a demanding and creative industry.
Through the international press, some headlines have been filled with names that have something in common: a surname belonging to a famous family or person.
Perhaps the context that has given them fame is due to various reasons: parents immersed in music, cinema, politics, or even sports. Well, these individuals have taken advantage of that media platform to aim for an industry that demands perseverance, fashion.
For some, the "direct pass" has manifested itself in participating in a fashion show for certain luxury brands, as models for a campaign, or even with the capital to launch a fashion brand.
The question is simple: can fame help them keep their projects afloat? While it can mean a boost, this sector requires total effort, ingenuity, as well as strategies to combat its ephemeral nature.
Following that reflection, today we bring together some fashionistas, children of celebrities (also known as nepo babies), who, in one way or another, wish to make a name for themselves within the global fashion scene and combat the stigma that surrounds them. Get to know them.

Kaia Garber
She is the daughter of famous supermodel Cindy Crawford Cindy. She began modeling at a young age, combining her passion for fashion with the world of cinema. In fact, she has had roles in films including Babylon (2022) and Bottoms (2023). Her career in the world of fashion runways also includes brands such as Chanel, Calvin Klein, Versace, Miu Miu, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL), Prada, Valentino, Marc Jacobs, and Alexander Wang.

Jaden Smith
His name has graced the world of cinema and fashion. His father, the renowned American actor Will Smith, has shared the big screen with him on several occasions. On the other hand, Jaden has made his own way, with a particular and authentic aesthetic; he was recently named creative director of Christian Louboutin's men's line.

Stella McCartney
Perhaps the most prominent example of all. Her name is, in her own right, a very recognized one. She is one of the most successful British designers of the last decades, and although for some it might be an unknown fact, we can mention that she is the daughter of the musician Paul McCartney himself (yes, a member of the legendary band The Beatles).
