Birkin

It is one of the most famous handbags of the last two decades. Although its history dates back to the 80s when it came into the hands of the beautiful European actress Jane Birkin, this luxurious Hermès accessory, which features a key, lock, and a clean, medium-sized structure, shot to fame with all its might thanks to the series Sex and the City. And not to give spoilers of this fashion, beauty, and television classic, we will only say that it's all Samantha Jones's fault (played by actress Kim Cattrall).

Jackie

In the early 1960s, the beautiful Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who was the first lady of the United States and one of the most photographed women of the 20th century, constantly wore a handbag by Gucci. Its name? G1244. "Jackie's" obsession with this accessory was so great that the Italian brand ended up renaming it in her honor.

Lady Dior

It arose from love and heartbreak. It was in 1995 when Princess Diana of Wales announced her separation from Prince Charles of England. The news went around the world, replicated by the tabloids; Dior, the imposing luxury brand, at that very moment gave the beloved Diana a small handbag called Lady Dior. The piece has become one of the best-selling in the history of this indisputably iconic French brand.
