Oscar 2021: Benito Santos dressed a winner
Meet this designer at Intermoda 75: He will share his experience in a conference that you cannot miss
Renowned Mexican designer Benito Santos is once again in the international press for a spectacular reason: He dressed Carlos Cortés, winner of the 'Best Sound' statuette at the recent Oscar delivery.
The news has caused joy among lovers of both the seventh art and fashion. In other words, two Mexican talents who succeed in their respective industries.
Wearing a Benito Santos tuxedo, Carlos Cortés was crowned on April 25 as the Mexican of the night by winning the statuette for his work on the film Sound of Metal, in the Best Sound category, along with sound engineers Michelle Couttolenc and Jaime Baksht.
It is not the first time that Benito's creations shine on carpets and platforms of such relevance, suffice it to say that he was responsible for the iconic red dress that the beautiful Ximena Navarrete wore at her coronation as Miss Universe in 2010.
Carlos Cortés was accompanied by his sister Karla Cortés, who also wore a design by this creative from Jalisco.
Congratulations to all!
