Influenced by the 1950s, Mexican designer Aline Moreno presented her new Spring-Summer 2015 collection as part of the activities of the 62nd edition of IM Intermoda, which will take place from January 13-16 at Expo Guadalajara.
On Tuesday, Aline Moreno opened the runway shows with her collection Fusion Lovers, a proposal that explores intense experiences and real or magical surroundings; with a smart and creative eye, she takes her silhouettes over the boundaries of shape and color. From an adventurous angle, she combines technical weavings and achieves surprisingly striking designs, adding a romantic touch that takes us back to the bohemian side of Paris.
“This an important show for me, since it took me fourteen editions of Intermoda to be on the opening runway, it is a great step. I’m showcasing my Spring-Summer 2015 collection, which is inspired by the 1950s and has a touch of Alice in Wonderland. I want to thank Intermoda for having me throughout these fourteen editions, they have seen my brand grow. It is a great venue for all of us Mexican designers. I started my business here”,
added Aline Moreno at her press conference.
